Over 21 million Americans suffer from a Substance Use Disorder. In a recent report from SAMHSA, 66% of workers/families are employed that have a SUD. 1 in 7 will become addicted in their lifetime but only 1 in 10 will receive treatment.

Communities of Faith & Opportunity has been a program that the USDA has promoted. Programs driven from the bottom up, locally driven will strategically leverage best-practices, models, existing resources and programs that can be replicated in every state with through a infrastructure.
